The project involves demolishing the existing Fondation Belle Saison building and its annexes and constructing a new nursing home (EMS) with 68 beds and 8 places in a Temporary Care Center (CAT).
The chosen typology is that of a low-rise building (ground floor + 2 levels) that integrates harmoniously into the built environment.
The overall volume takes the form of a courtyard building, where the inner courtyard becomes a lively and animated space around which the program is organized.

All bedrooms are placed along the façade, benefiting from unobstructed views.
The living rooms and dining areas of each unit are distributed along the horizontal circulation routes, both around the courtyard and towards the exterior. The shared spaces are located on the ground floor around the patio: entrance hall and café area, communal dining room, kitchen, shared lounges, and multipurpose rooms.
