The project draws inspiration from its surroundings — a house, a garden, a forest.
The volume housing the four apartments is conceived as a gentle evolution of the building it replaces. From the outside, it evokes the image of a single house, with the individual dwellings remaining visually indistinct. From the inside, however, the four homes are clearly defined and designed to be equivalent, ensuring fairness for all residents.

The garden becomes a shared space for relaxation and activities, with landscaping that also allows for privacy when desired. In the same spirit of equity — and taking advantage of the site’s natural topography — the building is slightly elevated, giving each apartment a balcony and a serene view over the wooded surroundings.
Living areas and balconies are oriented toward the forest, opening new perspectives, while the bedrooms face the foliage of the trees. The forest and nearby greenery permeate the project, inspiring its design while allowing it to blend harmoniously into its natural setting.
