Set to open onto the lake, the villa is conceived as a composition of concrete volumes. The formal simplicity of the whole is enlivened by the multiplication of terraces and varied openings — its tectonic structure ensuring overall unity.

Technical rooms, storage spaces, a wine cellar, and a home cinema are in the basement, above which the traditional program layout is inverted: the night areas occupy the ground floor, while the day areas are placed on the upper levels. These living spaces fully enjoy unobstructed views of the landscape and the lake.
