The Grand Hôtel Belvédère & Spa project represents a large-scale transformation that combines the complete renovation of two historic establishments, the Wengener Hof and the Belvedere, together with the creation of a new spa

Most of the spaces have been entirely redesigned: 90 rooms, restaurants, and circulation areas have been reconfigured to provide greater comfort and coherence, while carefully preserving the existing heritage fabric. The ground floor of the Belvédère, with its elegant Jugendstil interiors, has been meticulously maintained and protected.
The renovation includes a comprehensive restructuring of the interiors, the restoration of the façades in line with current thermal standards, and a complete modernization of the technical installations. The former oil-fired heating system has been replaced with a pellet-based system, while all networks have been reengineered to achieve a high level of energy and environmental performance.
This project aims to secure the future of two landmark hotels, balancing heritage preservation with modern requirements, and offering travelers elegant, comfortable, and sustainably designed spaces.
