The 47-apartment building is located on Avenue de l’Amandolier. It consists of a main structure with seven levels (upper ground floor + six stories) and a lower ground floor shared with the neighboring buildings.

The main volume is organized around two stairwells: the ZDLoc stair on the Promenade Charles Martin side serves 12 apartments, including two duplex penthouses, while the HM stair on the Avenue de l’Amandolier side serves 35 apartments. All units benefit from a continuous loggia system along the façade.

Access to the vertical circulation cores is provided through two independent entrances at the upper ground floor level, as well as a shared entrance at the lower ground floor, which houses a commercial space, a shared parking area, and ancillary rooms for the apartments.
